Birthday Party Bingo: free printable cards
Printable birthday party bingo cards with cake, balloons, and party moments for all ages.
Birthday bingo is a reliable party game for a mixed age group because it needs no setup beyond printing and no skill beyond listening. The squares cover party moments and treats, so children stay engaged while they wait for cake.
Give each guest a card and a few candies or stickers to use as markers. Call items yourself or hand the list to the birthday child for a turn. Small prizes from the favor bag keep the game moving, and a second round is easy if there is time to fill.
One of the 5×5 cards this template makes. Every printed card gets its own layout.
How to play
- Give each guest a card and a few stickers or candies.

Printing tips
- For a group of up to 30 you can print everything free. Choose 2 cards per page for a standard size, or 4 per page to save paper.
- Turn on the call sheet. It lists every square in a random order with a checkbox, so the caller never repeats one.
- Add a few more squares than the 24 a card needs. The more entries, the more the cards differ.
- Pick “Save as PDF” in the print dialog if you want to email the cards or print them later.
